Faceted color-change glass (trade-name Zandrite).

Top: daylight, such as it was today.
Middle: 3000K LED strip
Bottom: OSRAM Fluorescent ?K (transmitted)

The light is from 3000K LED strip and
it is exciting the fluorescent tube of the OSRAM
light which is actually turned off,
though not enough to cause the glass color-change to blue.
