If only allowed one day in Thailand I would choose to spend it here again, though some friends would argue that they would find me in a noodle shop instead (actually they sell noodles here too). In the company of a renowned Thai historian Kamala, who was my guide and friend, I traveled both through time and space while in this unique place. As she would say, this is one way to experience architecture and artistry which no longer exists or is unattainable in one way or another, though together with her insights it all came alive.


Living in Bangkok

At first alien being a large city and a different culture, it quickly
became home with many of these places my familiar neighborhood.
